The English version below is the agreement that applies. The translation is provided to help you understand it. If the two ever disagree, the English text is the one that counts.

The trial: You pay $7 to try the product for 7 days.

Getting money back during the trial: Every day you have used costs $1. We return the rest. Example: you cancel on day 3, so 3 days are used and you get $4.00 back.

If you paid with bKash or Nagad: Those services keep a 5% fee when money is sent back, and we cannot get it back either. So the same day-3 refund arrives as $3.65. Card and PayPal refunds have no such fee.

After the trial: A monthly plan can be cancelled any time and simply stops at the end of the month you already paid for. A one-time plan is not refundable if you simply change your mind, because the whole allowance is granted up front. That is separate from the guarantee underneath it: if the service does not do what we said it does, write to us within 14 days and you get all of it back.

How to ask: Email us from the address on your account. We reply within two working days. We do not need a reason, and we will not argue with you about one.

The 7-day trial

The trial costs $7 and lasts 7 days. It requires a payment method, which is how we keep the free tools free for everyone else.

You may cancel at any point during the trial. Each started day costs $1, and we return the rest.

bKash and Nagad refunds are 5% lower because those providers charge us a processing fee that is not returned when a payment is reversed. Card refunds carry no such deduction. This is stated here, before you pay, rather than discovered afterwards.

After the trial

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months, and we do not bill you again after you cancel.

One-time plans

Lifetime, Agency, Founder Year, Rescue Lifetime, Portfolio Lifetime are one-time purchases. If the service does not work as described, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.

If something goes wrong on our side

If a generation fails, you are not charged for it — the allowance is returned automatically. If we billed you in error, tell us and we will fix it without a debate.
