In plain words

The English version below is the agreement that applies. The translation is provided to help you understand it. If the two ever disagree, the English text is the one that counts.

What we keep: - Your email address, so you can sign in. - Your website's login, encrypted, so we can publish for you. - The articles we wrote for you. - Simple usage records, like how many words you used.

Your website password: It is locked with strong encryption the moment you type it. Nobody at our company can read it — not support, not the owner. The screen only ever shows a short fingerprint so support can say which key you mean.

Who else sees your text: To write an article we send your topic to an AI company (for example OpenAI or Anthropic). If you use OUR AI keys, that company may use the text under their rules. If you use YOUR OWN key, your text goes straight to your own account with them and never through our shared keys.

What we never do: - We do not sell your data. - We do not show your data to another customer. Each account is separated in the database, and we test that separation before every release.

Getting your data out or deleted: Ask us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it. Deleting your account removes your articles and your stored website logins.

What we store

Account — your email address and a hashed password. We never store the password itself.
Workspace content — the briefs, drafts and publishing records you create.
Credentials — your website application passwords and, if you use your own AI key, that key. These are encrypted at rest with authenticated encryption, decrypted only at the moment they are used, and never shown back to you or returned by any page. We display only a short fingerprint so support can identify a key without seeing it.
Usage — words generated, jobs run, and costs, so your allowance can be metered.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data.
We do not use your content for advertising.
We do not put personal data in URLs, and we do not log secrets.

Isolation between customers

Every workspace is isolated at the database level, and the isolation is verified by an automated test before each release — not merely by application code that could be bypassed.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time. Deletion removes the stored ciphertext of your credentials as well — encryption is not a substitute for deletion. To exercise any of these rights, write to us. support@orchardrank.com

Processors

We use AI providers to generate content, a payment processor to take payments, and hosting and email providers to run the service. Where you supply your own AI key, that provider is your processor, not ours.
