In plain words

The English version below is the agreement that applies. The translation is provided to help you understand it. If the two ever disagree, the English text is the one that counts.

Our side: Some links on our site to other tools pay us a small commission if you buy. It costs you nothing extra, and it never changes what we recommend.
Your side: If an article we write for you has Amazon links, we automatically add the required disclosure near the top, add your Amazon tag, and mark the links correctly. That is the minimum the law asks for.
Still your responsibility: You are the publisher. Your own disclosures, your programme's rules, and reviewing what goes out remain yours. We never invent a price, a rating or a review to make a page look better.

The full agreement follows. That is the version that applies.

Affiliate disclosure

Two separate disclosures live here. Ours, and the one the software writes for you.

Ours

Some links to third-party tools on this site — hosting, AI providers, SEO services — are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we recommend: the tools named in our documentation are the ones the product actually integrates with, and several of them pay us nothing.

Yours — and what we insert automatically

If an article we generate for you contains Amazon links, the publishing pipeline adds an Associates disclosure near the top of that article before it goes live, because the FTC requires the disclosure to be visible where the reader sees the link — not buried in a footer. It also appends your Associates tag and marks affiliate links with this attribute: rel="nofollow sponsored"

That automatic insertion is a floor, not a substitute for your own compliance. You are the publisher of your site: you remain responsible for your disclosures, your programme’s terms (Amazon’s, in particular, are strict about how prices and ratings may be shown), and for reviewing what you publish. We never fabricate a price, a rating or a review — where a real one is unavailable, the article links to the retailer instead.
