The English version below is the agreement that applies. The translation is provided to help you understand it. If the two ever disagree, the English text is the one that counts.

What this service does:
You give us a topic. We write an article with AI, check it against our quality rules, and show it to you. Nothing goes on your website until you press approve.

What you must do:
- Read what we wrote before you publish it.
- Make sure it is true and legal for your country.
- Own the website you connect, or have permission to publish on it.
You are the publisher. We are the tool you used.

What we will never do:
- Publish anything without your approval.
- Sell your website's login details. They are encrypted, and we cannot read them back.
- Invent a fake price, a fake star rating or a fake review inside your article.

Words:
Every article uses words from your monthly allowance. When the allowance runs out, writing stops until the next month. We tell you before it runs out. We never charge you extra without asking first.

If something goes wrong:
The tool can be wrong. AI can be wrong. That is why a human — you — approves every article. We are not responsible for what happens after you press publish, and we do not promise any ranking on Google. Nobody can promise that honestly.

Ending it:
You can stop any time. Your articles stay yours: you can download every one of them as a file before you go.

What the service does
OrchardRank researches, writes and checks content, then holds every draft in a review queue. Nothing is published to your website until you approve it. Automated workflows run up to that approval step and stop there.
Whose AI keys are used — and what that means for your content
This is the part people skim, so it is stated plainly:
- Using our AI keys — included in every plan. Your prompts and generated content may be processed by our AI providers under their standard terms, and we may use aggregate, non-identifying usage data to improve the service. You are asked to accept this explicitly, in a dialog, before our keys are ever used on your behalf.
- Bringing your own AI key — available from the Heavy plan upward. Your requests go directly to your provider on your account. We do not use that content for anything beyond producing your draft.
Data-sharing follows the key, not the plan name.
What you may not use it for
- Content that fabricates statistics, studies, reviews or testimonials. The system blocks several of these automatically; deliberately working around those checks is a breach.
- Impersonating a real person, business or publication.
- Publishing to sites you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
Your content
You own what you write with the service. We store it to provide the service, and you can export or delete it. Deleting your account deletes your content and your stored credentials.
Words, not tokens
Plans are metered in words delivered. A generation that fails or is cancelled costs you nothing. If a request would exceed your remaining allowance, it is refused before it runs rather than part-completed.
Availability and liability
The service depends on third-party AI providers and on your website being reachable. We do not guarantee search rankings — no one honestly can. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
